8 months.....3 weeks

Apparently my New Year's resolution isn't going as planned.....it's been a month since I've updated our blog!! Caden is just sooo much fun right now, I don't want to take a second away from him!

He doesn't not have any teeth yet, however, I do feel two on the bottom!! His gums look a little puffy on the bottom too. I'm thinking any day now?? (We've been saying this for MONTHS!) He is a great eater! He loves his fruits, veggies, and cereal! We're working on the meat aspect of his diet by introducing the meats that are mixed with something....although that doesn't always go as planned! He continues to work hard at crawling but only manages to spin in circles! (hehe) He does manage to get around without too many problems. Lately, he'll yell or make a loud scream to get your attention. It's too cute! He knows we respond to him when he does this and often gets frustrated when he's talking to the dog(s) or trying to get their attention because they don't really react like 'mommy or daddy'. He's mastered the 'sitting' position and tries to get from sitting to crawling.....he'll make it into the position but then finds himself circling around! :oP

We were able to take a day/night to visit my parents in Emporium! It was so wonderful to finally see their new house/town. Pop took us to his schools and we were quite impressed!!! We're so proud of him!!! Caden really enjoyed some quality time with Pop and Grammy!!

We also recently celebrated Darrin's birthday! The big 3-0! He was a trooper and Caden really enjoyed the balloons we sent to school for Daddy! hehe.

Caden continues to amaze us more and more every day. We're so lucky to have such a beautiful, happy, loving son. He's so special in every way! Love you Caden!!! >
